I really liked this photo. Rated it probably two or three times, raising the rating each time. (It sort of "grows" on you.) There's lots to look at, the patterns of colors and swirls splashing outward from the center are very attractive and when you get done admiring it, you start to wonder: How the heck was this done?

This would probably make a nice poster, but it just hit me wrong when I was rating it. Pondering about it for awhile, I think it was because there was so much "busy" stuff in the bottom 2/3rds of the image which really wasn't "neon" and which seemed to act to mute what neon there was in the top 1/3. Also, I'd just seen dozens of other store fronts.

I'm not sure how much of the neon was added, especially since both the rock and the underside of the lip are about the same color, but it just didn't look very natural to me. And, as an overall image, it didn't grab me and make me want to sit there and admire the neon color. I also would have liked a plainer background without all the distracting speckles. Sorry, but them's just my preferences.

Lifelike color, slightly out of fucus, good background contrast. I only rated it a "2" because it just didn't grab my attention and hold it - and the neon was both weak and "a band aid?" Might go good with a drug store ad though. Sorry. Just my opinion.

I see this all the time at Burger King or some such place. Being an artsy kind of guy, I rated higher for abstract neon colors and lower for pretty much non-neon images and cartoons or cartoon characters. That's just my liking.

"Almost" neon, and probably a nice place to visit. But - just seemed sort of "flat" after looking at dozens and dozens of others with bright neon lights and black night backgrounds. I'd also like more DOF. Background seems lacking in focus. Just my opinion.

Nice photo, but the eyes don't appear truly "neon" and the overall subject ends up being, an owl? Just didn't seem to fit for me.

Cute eyes, but more of a "pet" picture than a "neon" picture. Might have worked much better if cropped down to the bare essentials - both eyes and nothing else. However, that's just my opinion.

I rated this a "1" because I was looking for neon as a color - not as a play on words. Cute thought, but I don't think it fits at all. Just my opinion.
