August - Peridotby dartompkinsComment: Interesting depth of feild. I can't quite figure out what I'm looking at, or how it is shaped, but all in all it is an intriguing shot. Nice color, as well. |

Irrisistable.by tasha4pawsComment: I think the lighting here is too harsh, as it casts some odd shadows and makes many hot spots of the jewelry. Granted, it also casts some interesting reflections on your model's skin. |

Tiffany&Co.by vivienComment: This is a great shot but the text is distracting. Either a different choice of font or no text at all could have improved the entry. |

The Three C'sby PollyBeanComment: Very interesting shot. I like the abstract feel of all of the refracted light. |

Diamonds Foreverby kevrobertsonComment: This shot seems to be suffering from some digital artifacting...those jagged edges. Also, the lighting is harsh, making it difficult to sort out the fine detail of the shot. |

Hamilton Watch Company circa 1958by bcobleComment: I don't like your choice of font or font color here. I think your shot of the watches is nice, despite what looks like a slight yellow cast, but the cast does add a feeling of nostalgia of some sort, so perhaps that is fitting. |

We take trade-ins....by ralphComment: I like the long shadows in this shot...helps with the mood. Also, I like how the reflection and shadow inside the ring looks like a dividing cell, also a fitting relationship to the shot. |

Who says girls have all the fun? by snackwellsComment: Great control over reflections and light. You even took the shot at 10:10...seems to be the most accepted time to photograph a watch. Also, thanks for using a short exposure time to keep the second hand from blurring. |

Suggestiveby mrmorrisComment: I like your slogan...quite clever, but I think the jewelry could have been a bit brighter, or maybe have a different exposure. In my eyes, it's hard to get a good impression of what the jewelry is. |
