Congrats on your excellent placing! Didn't get a comment written on this one during the challenge, but I love the contrast of the bright colors against the neutral background, and also the great lines made by the placement of the pencils.

I thought it was a little tiny happy-face sticker stuck on the backside of the drop. But this is way cooler! Nice work.

The simple, clean composition is good, but the flash ruins it. Try using some more interesting lighting, such as window light, or indandescent lamps. Then the shadows will be smoother and the texture and color of the apple will be vastly improved.

Awesome! A great, clean, attractive image! Brilliant concept. Smooth color. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this image.

The only thing is, I thought it was a pint glass at first, and thought there was some kind of weird perspective distortion going on to make it look squatty. Then I thought, that's not even close to macro in my eyes. But this actually seems to be a shot glass, eh? In that case, it's cool. MY PICK for #1
