Piazzaby trunkiComment: Lighting is harsh. Focus could be better. Good idea, though. |

Oops...by paynekjComment: That's disgusting. But extremely clever and funny. Good job with it! |

striveby lesserComment: Is this a model miniature car? I will assume it is. I like the effect of water droplets. A visually appealing image. Good job. |

smaller but bigger engineby mrwaffles989Comment: Contrast is distracting - too much of extreme lights and darks. This unfortunately contributes to a lack of color. Photo seems off-center, though this could be due to barrel distortion in lens. |

Tiny Dragonby JackoComment: Great macro shot. Excellent focus, very good lighting and depth. Including someone's finger in the image brings perspective to the size of the dragonfly, however, it takes away from the visual appeal of the image, in my own opinion. I give this image a 6. |

I guess I've got a one track mind!by DustyComment: Focus is pretty good, depth is right on. Not a particular fan on this perspective - I think having a background with the sky or something like that would improve the quality of the image. Seems a little overexposed. |

When I grow up..by dsineComment: What you've got going for you in this photo: good focus, detail, and lighting. What you've got going against you in this photo: uninteresting subject and off-center composition. Also, what you've done here is make something miniature look bigger while the goal for this challenge was to make something large look smaller. Message edited by author 2004-08-11 01:05:52. |
