Don't forget to throw that out...by lumbardhComment: Funny :) I especially like how you teared open the condom in exactly the opposite direction than the package suggests. Is that some kind of statement of you? ;-) -stephan |

Flat outby siggithorComment: Interesting subject. I like how all the trashed cars are stacked up. The lighting looks a bit shallow and boring. I don't know the original image but you probably chose black&white for a reason. However, it only makes it look more flat in this case. Maybe a different angle? Maybe from a little below to show how tall this stack is? Just an idea. Also to me the photo looks a bit unsharp. Maybe a little postprocessing (sharpening is allowed) could have helped that. -stephan |

Bad Boy!by RichiComment: Great idea! Very well done. You took the photo just at the right second (or even milli-second) to capture the cans and the boys face. Did you repeat that shot very often? I hope you weren't hit by the cans ;-) Good lighting, too. I especially like the shadows of the cans. One of my favourite photos this week. -stephan |

OK Papa?by JEMComment: Great composition and good lighting, too. Unfortunately this photo suffers from bad JPEG compression. You can see that by the strange pixels e.g. around the two people. Remember, your photo can be as big as 150 kB. But it's still a great photo. -stephan |

Dead Trash Fish In Polluted Waterby rapsiii3Comment: Nice photo. I would have called it "Trashed Nature" or something like that. I like photos with a message :-) Nice job with the lighting, especially how it attracts the interest to the fish. -stephan |

The Day Afterby stephanComment: If you want to know what happened the day before, please see the photo details. In reply to ggosling about the upper left corner: I tried and had a cropped version without the triangle. Then the curbstone was aligned with the left side of the photo. But it was not better. Without it the photo just missed the perspective and thus losing it's depth. So I only desaturated the color of the grass so that the triangle does not distract so much. Thanks for your comments. |
