The Touristby ElemmennopeComment: What a cool cat photo.. The tilt on the lampshade and the lighting overall is neat, makes your pussy seem dark and mysterious. :-). |

striveby lesserComment: There always seems to be one shot per challenge that is far outside the challenge requirements, but is still an interesting photo.... Wonderful cloud scape, and it's interesting you got focus on the window/drops rather than the outside world. Whenever I take photos through the windsheild I try and get the focus outide the car. Interesting 'life' photo, although I don't quite get the title. I feel this is your art, rather than your entry, if you see what I mean, and on the basis of your it being your art, I give it a solid 8. :-). |

Fire and Thunderby susiComment: This is a neat abstract, and the composition would be great with the right frame on the wall, but I can't tell if it's a miniature.. Great colour, red ones go faster! :-). |

God Gave Rock'n'Roll to Youby BooZonComment: Where did you get such a large wooden model from? :-). I like the lighting in this shot, and the angle works really well to give the shot a 'real' feeling. Well done. |

Inning Overby HRoxasComment: The lighting on this is great, and the wee figure/model is wonderfully detailed, well done on both counts if you made the model! |

Day Dreamerby instepsComment: Is this a huge chair? The model disappears into the tree quite a bit, a white shirt/top woudl have made her stand out a bit more maybe... |

Alamdar Roadby mamcgComment: This is a a photo I'd definately want on my wall, it is a great street photo, but I just can't place it in the blue challenge... The shadow of the bike, and the moving people look so cool. I assum eyou just have used a tripod for this, or some other support? It's intersting that the chap in white didn't stop to look at you, which might have made the photo more interesting. The range of tones and mixed colour temperatures (Green on the left I assume is a sodium light?) is all just too cool. Well done. I'm giving it a 9, even though it dosn't meet the challenge, I really like it. |

My Little Woodyby Hye5Comment: Either that, or you have a disturbingly big woody, and a normal sized one! :-). The fly dirt/chip on Woody's lip (The bigger one) is a bit distracting, but you've hit the challenge on the head.. Well done. |

Take A Moment : There are plenty left.by CuriousComment: The match to the challenge isn't that strong, as ther eis no real scale reference, but this is a really cool little figureine, and I love the way you've worked the light. The exprssion is wonderful, Well done. |

CUT DOWN ON CAFFEINE WITH MINIATURE CUPS OF COFFEEby woodseyComment: Your corner is showing. So to speak.. The edge of your backdrop / sheet of card is showing in the top left. Also the 'hump' in the backdrop near the top is distracting.
If you curved it deliberately, you really need to keep it curving upwards out of the picture, as the dark-light-dark transition catches the eye... |
