I like this - has a warm feeling - very simple, great composition (funny title - goes along with the warm, sad feeling). Perhaps just a little to much light/exposure on the inside of the apple - but not a big deal. excellent work 10

Being honest, not to offend...This does not appeal to me. The flash is harsh. I would've cropped it more. You need to alter the lighting - try turning off the flash and use a regular house lamp for lighting. Does meet the challenge. Creative idea. 4

Very nice! I was going to do a lime with the light behind it and call it "Lime Light" - but couldn't get it to work (because of skills and old lime - lol) I like the sky, the drops are almost too perfect! Excellent texture. Get the feeling that you are actually holding it right here. Great work 10

Really nice work. This is very different. Personally I like the fact that this has both dark areas and light area (although, perhaps just a little tooo bright on the petals at the left - can't decide if I like it or not) Great detail. Great work 10

Onion Tectonics

Never imagined an onion would look good in a photo...Great work! Nice use of DOF. I like the composition as well as the placement of the light source (perhaps just a smidge too much on that one area). I really like the shadows - and so many different shapes. I sort of image a planet exploding something from its center. Really creative and great work. 9
