looks a little blurry. Maybe low light conditions. I will take a guess that exposure speed was around or a little under 1/100? Could try using flash and bumping up ISO to stop camera movement.

did you focus on the subject's hair or did you smooth the face? looks like hair in better focus than facial features? I like the creativity in the subject and background.
