Bus Stop...by TerramarComment: Lovely portrait. Background a little bit of a mishmosh. A little more light on the inside of the bus would have helped with right hand edge.. A 6. |

One day, it will be my turnby WobbleComment: This is a lovely photo. An 8. Not a very deep look inside, but it is very hard to see what, if anything, lies past death. |

Can I come in?by LadeeMComment: You chose the subject to be outside looking in, rather than the camera. You did not provide much of interest on inside or outside other than the kilroy like view of the subject. A 4. |

Mail Callby justineComment: You met the challenge of a large dynamic range in light values with good focus through the full depth of the mailbox. The reflections on the door to the mailbox add interest as does the contrast between the state of the hardware on the mailbox and the state of the box itself. The composition is unique, and seems to mostly work. I would like it better, i believe with more cut off at the top and slightly more available below. A 7. |

Sisterby eggvComment: There was not enough interior light for this shot to be very successful, and the depth of field was also insufficient in my estimation. The compositon and colors are compelling however. A 6. |

Reflective Thoughtsby BrianRComment: You did a very good job of taking the picture at a time / place where the outside and inside light was about even. I find it hard to believe a girl this age would be very interested in throw rugs so it does not quite ring true to me. This picture would work well in landscape format cropping off the bottom half which does not have much to offer A 5. |

Dogzillaby scalvertComment: The image of the dog is far better than the images of the woman and the magazine. Really imaginative idea. A 6. |

Getting to 1stby L1Comment: This shot required manual focus, and you did well with that. The motion of the bat and ball are pluses. The depth of field and color are very good. The lighting available has limited the impact of this shot. A 6. |

Hop In, I'm Drivingby eostylesComment: While you have avoided one of the main difficulties of taking a shot from the outside looking in, that of reflections on the glass, you fell into the problem of photographing in a dark area with an exceedingly bright background. You could have easily solved this problem by turning your truck around. A 4. |

storm without, light withinby byoungComment: This is a very difficult task with such a large range of light intensities. Great job in not blowing out the highlights. I like the composition as well. I wonder if you would have gotten more detail in the shadows with the sun behind you. A 6.
