Of course, I don't understand the connection with the challenge...but...
This one got an horrible low score, way lower than what it probably deserved, and is one of the worst DPC scores ever.
Now, have a look at the only other challenge entered by the photographer...
It seems to me that something got horribly wrong regarding the score of this photo.
