I remember voting on this image. It struck me as post-card perfect. After I finished enjoying it, I set about trying to find something wrong. I failed and decided that it was perfect. Gave it a 10 and expected it to ribbon. Absolutely incredible.

This is so good that even the thumb pops! Full size is incredible. Texture, detail and composition; it's all wonderful. The BOKEH is gorgeous. It looks like a painted backdrop. Beautiful.

Another good contrast between man and nature. This one telling the story of what nature does when man leaves. I've always been drawn to these images. Love the colors; especially the contrast between oranges and blues. Nice work!

To me, it's as though the tractor is resting after a hard day's work. Nice contrast between wild landscape and that which has been tamed by man. Good use of 1/3rds rule, too.

I'm thinking the low scores come from those who didn't make the connection to stationery. I didn't vote this challenge; but upon opening this image, my first thought was that it was a well lit shot of something you purchased.

After reading about your set-up, I'm completely impressed. It seems apparent that you are the victim of "too much creativity". Hopefully this talent is more rewarding than a few votes from strangers on the internet. I see a definite trend in well thought out and unique images in your portfolio.

Can't wait to see what you come up with next!

It's funny to read that Jutilda said "Wow" outloud. I saw this and said "Damnnn"! I think that's a good thing when your image invokes verbal exclamations. This is so perfect it's hard to believe it's real. Amazing!

I would have given it a 9. It's beautifully executed and incredibly creative. It's also jarring and unsettling, which contradicts the flower stereotype. My guess is that the voters had been lulled into a hypnotic state, and shocked awake when they came to it. Some people just don't like to be shocked. I do; and I love this shot!
