I've been voting on contrast in color or light, and almost failed to recognize the technological contrasts portrayed in this image. I believe that addressing a few minor technical issues could make this a real stand-out shot. Regardless, its so interesting and makes such a statement that I can overlook those nit-picks and say that I like it very much. Nice work.

I like the lighting and off-center composition. I'm guessing there is an intentional reference to physical contrast between the lithe model and the muscular man in the framed print; or perhaps I'm reading too much into it? Regardless, I think the artwork fails to contribute enough to merit its presence in the image. IMHO, the model alone makes for a very nice image.

Interesting location. The trees in foreground don't do much for me, though; and the whole thing feels quite tilted in an offputting way. I swear I can almost make out text in the sky. The compression artifacts detract somewhat, as well. It is definetly high contrast and a location worth revisiting.

Day 6: Queen

If not for the paint spots on the ladder, I would expect to see this on the cover of "Cat Fancy" magazine. I've always wanted one of these, ever since I first saw one in a show. She has got to be the most photogenic cat I've ever seen; and what a great shot!
