the shawdow conects with her leg, maybe shooting from a different angle at a different time of the day would have made the shadow a more dramatic aspect of this shot rather than a distraction.

I like the sharp focus contrasting the psychedelic pattering that you get in the water, only complaint, the center of interest is in the center of the picture.

Another one of those damn flag pictures, and its on a pole, and you can see the whole flag, don't know how many times I've had to look at this. I can think of a million other ways of taking a creative flag picture. 1 get one of those hot chicks to wear an american flag bikini, 2 have the flag in free flight, 3 put it in a shredder, 4 Use a different countries or use that skull and crossbones one, 5 put it in water, 6 burn it, 7 close up for graphical detail, 8 get so many flags in huge pile that you don't know what to do wtiht them and decide eh that'd make a good picture, 9 have somebody stab anthor person with the flag pole( I think that shot won a pulitzer) 10. Have someone run with it.
