Mt. Timpanogosby fifieldComment: The glory of the mountain in the background and the stars are spectacular. IMO the brightness of the foreground distracts the eye from this glory. A panoramic crop just above these foreground rocks would offer this wonder even more power. Thanks for an excellent entry. |

Swirling Light Partyby mischffComment: Bizarre eye catching shot with a lot of strange wonder in it. The only hangup is the issue of convincing enough of us in DPC land that this truly represents "late night". I love the composition, the radiating spokes of light. |

Late night stop...by We1mx3Comment: Totally an ICON of late night for all southerners. I lived in Tennessee for six years, and WH was THE hangout for college students at 3AM. Excellent in simplicity and story behind the story. Most on DPC will not catch all this of course. Oh well. Great photo! |

Take a look at the lowest rated photo gallery and see that 5 of botto 20 are cousins to your shot. That figures in at 25%. Tell Bessie to head for the barn.
