| 07/16/2002 11:54:00 PM | Plastic Fantastic Water Danceby daysezComment: I'm dying to know what I'm looking at... it's really intriguing. I wish it had just a _little_ more structure to it, so I could at least get my bearings. |
| 07/16/2002 11:51:00 PM | Hard at Workby AleciaComment: This picture didn't strike me at first, but it's really grown on me. I wish the bee were in a different position, but can I possibly complain about that? Amazing detail, great colors. Good job. | Photographer found comment helpful. |
| 07/17/2002 12:30:00 AM | Busy Beeby AgamemnonComment: The framing on this shot could be better -- the flowers on the right are the worst part of that. You might have also tried a faster shutter speed to get the blur out of the bee ... but then again, I'm guessing if you spent too much time messing with your settings, you'd be suing the site for your allergic reaction to a bee sting ;) |
| 07/21/2002 11:15:00 PM | Floating Rainby crisa58Comment: Not amazingly striking, but intriguing nonetheless. I like the patterns a lot, but I wish the image were crisper, even if just acheived by a levels adjustment. |
| 07/21/2002 11:13:00 PM | freeze driedby JEFFCOWLESComment: Your choice of sepia here I think is a very bad one -- the colors are all that would make this an interesting picture. Right now, your range of tones is minimal, and that makes for a very bland picture. |
| 07/15/2002 09:53:00 PM | Flareby GordonComment: This is a really amazing picture, and the only thing I'm trying to figure out if I like is the pure-white highlights in the hair. If it wasn't necessary to make your whole background white, I'd tone down the highlights in her hair just a tad. They make parts of the image seem very harsh, where the flowing hair is very smooth and calming. The shapes and colors of her hair, though, really make for an outstanding, original shot. Nice job. |

| 07/15/2002 12:43:00 PM | passing thoughtsby heartsdivideComment: I really like the framing of this shot, and I believe the soft blur is intentional -- but the jpeg compression is pretty noticable. I'd save this at higher quality. Good shot overall. |
