Very successful reproduction of aKiwi's original, with your own unique twist.

Priceless. This is probably the most artful use of a woody I have very seen. Executed with perfection.

Ah, Miss Parker's original 36B was one of my original favorite photos on this site. Your reproduction does an admiral job of replicating the magic of her shot. The tones are wonderful. Very nicely done!

Still Life: Macintosh

Having two photos in one challenge that are nearly identical as rare, and allows for a side-by-side comparison that is unfamiliar to me as a DPC voter. Of the two macintosh apple studies, yours is more vibrant in color, sharper in focus, and just seems to spring from the monitor and activate the 'wow' factor. The apples are shiner and thus the lighting effect is more noticable. Very well done. I give your image a 7.

Having two photos in one challenge that are nearly identical as rare, and allows for a side-by-side comparison that is unfamiliar to me as a DPC voter. Your Macintosh selection looks a little dull compared to the other, and maybe a little soft on focus, and just doesn't "pop" out of the monitor. These are not huge issues though, and I probably would never have mentioned them at all if it weren't for the easy comparision. I give your image a six and will return for further study.

The idea is clear enough, but the execuction just seems to be lacking something. The picture doesn't grab me or wow me at all, and the cat's face seems a little soft too.

Amazing setup. The completely flat black background makes it look like the stretcher is floating in space. Perfect lighting and focus as well and it goes without saying that the concept is hilarious. Well done!!

A dark and somber photograph. The veiled look caused by the bead curtain makes it tough to discern what's going on behind but it rewards closer study. I spent a full few minutes studying this photo. I hope others do as well. Nicely done.
