foxgloveby peeceeComment: Very nice! You might want to consider a crop that will highlight the bees as your primary subject. I'd recommend cropping down to the principle flower and the bees and creating a nice composition using mostly the left-hand side of your original photo. |

le petit et le grand by strangeghostComment: Thanks to everyone for their comments during the voting. I knew it was a good idea but didn't like the technical aspects of my composition. A last minute crop probably made the difference. My daughter has since corrected my description - it's not an American Girl violin, just a miniature instrument that she had on shelf of similar trinkets. We have three full-sized instruments in the house (my wife and daughter both play), so I spent two days shooting them in various settings and lighting, this was the best, though I was not completely happy with it as my pre-submission comments indicate. |

the gratuitous cat foot shotby redmoonComment: I worked on my cats for about two days and didn't get a single shot that I loved. I'm giving you a 9 because I love your shot, and because you did something that I couldn't do! Good luck! |

Shameby wwwavengerComment: A number of interpretations come to mind, but without more visual evidence, I don't see a direct relationship to the challenge. Sorry. |
