Not expecting...by David.CComment: I like the humor in this, but it could be better. Lighting the candles would be a start. Otherwise, the lighting seems a bit flat. Something moodier, more from the side, would have added to the idea. |

The Spirit of Neon on Route 66by hannafateComment: The kitelike thing is a neon trapezoid hanging in the darkened shop. The motel is a reflection. (I flipped the photo) I really wanted to get the feel of an old post card.
I had to work hard to find just the right angle. |
