Black on Whiteby LindaEComment: Great, unusual shot. I like the contrast of the black and white dog against the clear blue sky and the lush color sof the cases of beer. The eyes of the dog get a little lost because of the angle of the light. |

Tall Grass, Short Grassby andreyuaComment: Great color and textures - the difference between the two is really fun - I like that it's not a regular line between the two. The contrast could be bumped a little and perhaps a little closer framing to create a stronger composition. |

Half Empty, Half Fullby gpgeminiComment: Nicely set up - the difference in the levels because of the perspective is really well done. The decolorizing of the photo is great and appropriate for the composition. |

When a MAN loves a WOMANby UNCLEBROComment: An interesting shot. I think it would have succeeded far better with an ironed sheet - the textures and shadows are really nice. The lighting was well done. |

Laurel and Hardyby vaguiloComment: What a bizarre find and so fun for this challenge. I think a closer crop would have helped to get rid of the stuff in the lower part of the frame. Great colors an soft lighting without loss of detail on the rind of the right lemon. |

Opposing Viewsby amsmythComment: Great capture of reflections in this glassy pond. I really like the little tree and the detail in the reflection. The composition is really boosted by the lily pads/leaves in the lower left. It helps to ground it as water and supports the idea of reflection and floating. |

Hard and Softby ColeyComment: The colors and differences in textures with your two subjects are great. The flower is obviously not there naturally so it detracts from the overall photo but I enjoy your composition and framing with the flagstones and use of negative space. |
