Complex Natural Shapeby Judith PolakoffComment: A cousin to the nautillus - and a great find. I like the placement in the frame and the lighting. To improve it a) remove the carrot colored and shape on the right side, b) remove the white line in the border - ending only with a thin black line. The colors and the blurriness of the background work well to contrast the shell. |

Suspended Intricacyby dartompkinsComment: Not exact;y sure what it is - but t does not matter. It is indeed very complex and shot very well. The formal, centered composition works fine for me. The tonal range is right on - crisp whites and deep blacks. |

Complicated Phobiaby Travis99Comment: Definitely complex and great lighting to boot. It seems to be oing downhill from left to right - which is ok, but would probably be more effectice going uphill. Sky is great. |

Drop by Dropby TrinchComment: Simple yet very complex. The white traingle on the bottom edge is a bit hot. Great study in form and texture. |

Public Art & Architectureby tyt2000Comment: Complex indeed! This really works well in b&w. The border is too heavy for my taste - a thin black line would be better for me. Great tonal range - noice crisp. white and strong blacks. One very minor point - I'd like to see the entire "leaf" of the top of the artwork on the left side. |

The Simple Complexity of a Roseby ColeyComment: I certaily agree that it fits the challenge - a lot of nature subjecta are indeed complex. The background is very bothersome for me due to the bight colors. |

A Touch of Rainby beckieComment: The "touch of rain" is immaterial - but the texture of the wet petals really works. Focus is soft in spots and the decay in the blossom is realistic, but not good for the image. |

Don't Touch!by dahvedComment: Nice colors and lines leading to the touch of "zap!" Well done. |

Comfortingby DianaBComment: Super take on the challenge. It works well but would work even better without the white cloth (hat?). Good job overall. |
