Curves n' Linesby dinnComment: Strong points: Wonderful selection of scene - it's magical. I'm not real sure about the top left "circular traingle shape," - but the rest of the composition is pure dynamite. Perfect xposure. |

Summer Daysby dan_pendletonComment: Strong points: You've captured a very special moment that will live oon forever. Lighting was a bit harsh - but you handled the backlight perfectly. I'm not sure how you git the light in the first girl's face - but kudos on a great job. The framing with the dark vegetation adds a nice feel to the image. |

The Artichokeby ellamayComment: Artichokes? Wacky? Not on your life - at least not here in California. It's always fun to see someone who has never eaten one figure out how it's done. Too bad it is past it's prime - it would be much stronger with the more vibrant colors. It's still a great entry. |

Ornamentalby dartompkinsComment: Well done macro. Colors are vibrant although you may would like a less focused light source to remove the many reflections. A bit more diagonal would add some tension to the composition. |

Wacky(ng) Foodsby IvoComment: The idea is a real winner. Colors are perfect - composition on the diagonal is super. You biggest problem is that the golf club takes up so much of the foreground and it's not even close to in focus. Many night not even grasp your point. Perhaps a more recognizabele iron would have worked better. But for sure, you needed to stop way down to hold more DoF. |
