photo is a bit to dark while it may add to the atmospher and mood of the photo, it makes it difficult for me to see what he is doing. Very crisp image with lots of lines, details and contrast. Nice job.

Dr jeckle? Kervorkian?Mad scientist? Now thats a doctor that will leave going under in terror. Phycotic facial expressions, heavy bags under the eyes. I can see it now nurse hand me the chainsaw, 600CC of heroin, and rubber ducky and well have the patient fixed up in no time. Yikes great shot.

This fits the challenge as has an intereting and rather unique composition. I feel the darkness of the photo works well with the mood you are trying to portray. The water looks a little ackward to to me, and the model could use a bit more light. As it is the model is easy to overlook. Overall a pretty nice shot.

Interesting image. I thought she was lying on snow at first until I noticed the reflection. Very crisp image, wonderfull composition. I think a bit more of a smile would have been nice but this works very well as it is. Nice job!!

Great DOF and texture. The B&W works very well for this shot. But you may get hammered a bit on not fitting the challenge. Statues don't have moods. As for my vote. The statue portays emotion very well the artist manages to convey emotions through the sculpture often better than many people can naturaly. Nice job

This is a very nice image and a great capture. I don't feel however that this fits the challenge. You photographed somthing that inspires emotion. You did not photograph the emotion itself. This is still a nice image so i'll still give a generous score. and as for not fitting the challenge this one is close enough to be subjecgtive.

Very emotional photo that fits the challenge perfectly. I must admit however that I don't care for the bizzare lines in the girls skin. I assume this is some type of lighting effect. Asside from the lines this is a wonderfull image. hmm after looking at it a bit more I notice what apears to be a reflected face in around on the chin of the guy in the shot. was this shot through a window? Was this intentional? are two questions that run through my mind when voting on this shot.

Very interesting and abstract feel to this shot. Very well done the lighting and colors are absolutaly wonderfull. The only small complaint I have is the sky inside the boarder looks grainy. I'm going to chalk that one up as just compession noise. Overall great job.

Very crisp image with mountains of fine details. The lighting is pleasant and the coposition is pretty good. I feel hoever that you may have cropped a bit to close. I think a broader view of the face would have alowed the mood to stand out a little better. Overall very nice shot.

This shot is a little to dark IMO to partay joy. I invision joy as a bright and vibrant feeling. I don't get a feeling of joy from this shot. Intigue, curiosity, awe, but not joy. Good photo and fits the challenge But I feel it dosn't fit the title.
