	Streetlight Insanity by visionist Comment: I get what you were doing (or at least trying to justify with the title) but having such a large, foreground element so very out of focus isn't particularly appealing. If you'd cropped the man just to the left of the tie, perhaps it would improve the compositon??

	SPLAT by rinac Comment: EXCELLENT title! Very graphic, dynamic composition. Meets the challenge, but doesn't rise to the challenge in the sense of using lighting as a creative element. This hillariously uses a light as a creative element, if you get my distinction.

	Cutting Cowboy riding spurs by hand by photomankc Comment: Nice image. I find the very vertical edge of the magnifying lens somewhat distracting, and just a few degrees of rotation will help. Also, not score-related, I (yes, me the city boy) think those are conchos, not spurs. A spur rotates, and would need a hole in the center.
