The pole, dead-center in the image, really stands out and kills the composition. Sorry. Did you try different perspectives that move the pole to the side. Nice use of sepia to enhance the image though.

Removing the noise would have made a much better image. Perhaps using a more shallow DOF to (only just) put the trees out of focus would help to draw attention back on the subjects.

Perhaps just a bit over-sharpened, and I would have liked more contrast between the water and the sky on the right, but it is a lovely photo just the same.

The first time I looked at this, the driftwood on the right was very distracting, but the more I look at it the more it makes the picture. Good job including it. I find myself wanting more DOF though.

Love the colors in the sky. Nicely done, but did you consider cropping a bit closer on the right -- not much, just enough to bring the central lighted area over more toward the third line.
