I wish the skies were brighter...bluer. I like the photo but it's not one I'd want to look at a lot...kind of depressing. I'd crop some of the sky out so you could get more detail on the clock tower. 7

Incredible photo! I can't wait for the Fourth. 9 (dock one because IMO it doesn't portray city life). **Brumos in BC? I assume most people on this site are from the U.S. and associate fireworks with a national holiday (4th of July and Chinese New Year). It may have helped with the dating questions and inferred lack of association with city life had your title had been a bit more explanitory.** Hindsight's 20-20. You'll have to forgive those of us Americans who are unworldly...we're 'educated' to be so (embarassing, but true). Yuck! Love the diagonal line of the curb. I wish the trash can wasn't in the picture (especially since it makes me more frustrated that people don't just pick this mess up and throw it away). It could be a little brighter too.

Nice image. I think I would have stepped forward to get the fire hydrant(?) shadow out of the lower left corner. Did you take one from in the street? I like the hill/mountain in the background and the mission cafe sign. Not much life around there on Monday. 7

So, close to a winner. I think if you had taken this from a different angle and caught both ticket booths symetrically...cropped out the curb and maybe upped the aperture (amature here) you would have had an awesome photo. As is 7.
