This picture is well taken, the exposure is good. However, I don't think tilting it added anything to the visual appeal. Most of the picture is a big featureless expanse of grey colored water which is not very pretty. The leaves in the top of the picture are a nice touch but that great big chunk of grey water just overwhelms this picture.

What a cool, interesting place. The rocky parts have a great warm color which contrasts well with the cool color of the sky. On my monitor the sky has a slightly un-natural purple cast in the dark clouds. Your composition is very nice.
