I felt that the composition in this photo was weak. So much of the photo was given to the sky, the light, and the building, where the people are very close to the bottom of the frame and in some places chopped off. The top third of the photo seems wasted to me. I think the spirit of the crowd would have been captured better in a lower angle. Take what you can use, disregard the rest. 4, just-married

Anyone who says you can't have a candid of a animal is proven wrong in this photo! LOL. I wish it were better focused and that you didn't have the glare off the glass, but still to capture this moment, it's worth it to put up with the flaws. Great job. Nicely composed. 8, just-married

ummmm. I never really liked Andy Wharhol, so maybe I'm biased. I don't think the color choice here did ANYTHING to add to this photo. It makes it stand out, but not in a positive way, at least to me. Composition: I would like to see a hair more beneath his chin, seems a bit cut off to me. Also, the fact that he is looking directly left makes me want to see what he's seeing. Sorry, I can't muster more than a 2 for this photo. It's the pink. 2, just-married

I looked at this photo for a long time trying to figure out what about it I liked and what was leaving me thirsty. I like the texture and the colors in the stones. I really like her bright blue against a natural background. I like her position. It's the framing that didn't sit well with me. I played with my browser window to get it dropped the way that I would like. I found I liked it best if it were cropped just above where the white salt marks on the wall stop and the part on the right (everything to the right of that last vertical line in the wall) were cropped out. Not sure if that's clear, but it leaves the lower left of the photo in tact, and although I didn't do so intentionally it happens to aline her right arm along the top line of thirds and her body along the 2nd vertical line of thirds. Made it a more visually appealing photo to me and would have been worth a point or two more. Hard to be clear without demonstrating. Happy to try to be more clear if you want. Hope this helps. 6, just-married

Nicely composed. But WOW, did you boost the reds? His face is like a beet! LOL. If you didn't do it on purpose, I'd recommend desaturating just the red chanel in your editing software. In general, nice capture. A great one for the scrapbook id this is a vacation shot.. (Looks to be Germany or Austria.) 7, just-married
