In this photo the blueberries look massive. Whatever they are resting on undoubtedly contributes to the illusion. Nice to see something a little different executed so well.

I like this quite a bit. Clever take on the challenge. I think I might have liked it better with ink build-up around the letters as though the ball had been well used.

My monitor is calibrated, so I think it must be the photo that is too dark. If it were a bit brighter, I could see the pipe a little better and I think it might have an interesting shape which would strengthen the composition. Also the focus on the medal and ribbon is pretty soft. Multipoint lighting might improve the contrast of the texture and if brighter let you shoot with a stopped down lens for greater DOF.
