Girl and Black Swanby lisaeComment: This is a nice setting, and the black swan is great (I'm sure the girl is too), but I think that they are too disconnected both spatially and interpersonally. My preference would be the swan or the girl with this lovely backdrop, or the girl leaning forward talking to the swan, making a connection. |

A Walk In The Gardenby bhop73Comment: I love the flower, but went away from this photo somewhat confused as to the subject. I'm wondering if a wide-angle lens could put the cat more in the background without loosing the perspective on the rose. The back and tail of the cat are also somewhat blown out. |

Lucid Pyramidby jaxxComment: Interesting photo and creative use of camera angle. Might benifit from a touch of rotation and cropping though I'm not sure if rotation is allowed per the rules. |

Hannah restsby ZeissmanComment: Sweet baby! Baby shots can be really tough. The problem here is with lighting, not enough on the front of the face. I used an external flash with a micro softbox for a similar photo and got very good results on most shots. |

Looking in the Shed at Nightby HoltwComment: Uh, need some help cleaning that thing out? Seriously though, I wonder if a slave flash with some sort of diffuser could be used to improve the lighting inside. |

Mysteryby GrayerSkiesComment: Good title for this one. I really like the sense of mood you've been able to convey, very artsy and expressionistic. Good use of lighting also. The one thing I might suggest is to crop the distractive beam from the top (and thus the right side also to keep the aspect ratio). |

Not a care in the world...by geekmediaComment: What a wonderful expression you've captured! I like the soft look on the left and wonder if a little diffused light on the right might benifit this shot. |
