4.52 Coot and cobblesby MelethiaComment: My first thought was that the coot should be facing us and follow the rule of thirds more - however, looking at it more closely its just right as is. dof is spot on and as all before me have said you have lovely curves ;)
The brickwork in his shadow just complet it for me. I've just got CS3 as well and almost without fail the default convert to B&W seems to work. Message edited by author 2008-01-27 10:55:57. |

4 - Wheeling Suspension Bridgeby BudComment: I think most points have been covered with this shot. I do agree with the earlier comment that there should me more at the top right to help you eye move around the image. I used to love Shadow/Highlight but now use it more sparingly as it often washes out the blacks, a little more contrast might bring the pop back. Nice shot btw :) |

Unprofessional by hanaeComment: Moody Mak ;) Am guessing you shot for the shadow as much as anything else? at first look I'd have preferred a sharper beard but now think the softness adds to the overall look ;) |

Living Hell by SimmsComment: Congratulations Mark! I was actually looking through my 70-200 when you took this shot. I wish I had taken a shot of you grabbing a blue - doubt that has ever been done before. |

Beside Derwentby taljComment: WOW 12 favourites and so much room for improvement T! As it is this is a great photograph (looks good on a card too). My challenge to you is to re read the comments then set about editing the shot again, its already a great shot but am sure you can make it pop just that little bit more T :) |
