Another lovely portrait, natural and honest. tbh she looks like a different girl here to the last image I commented on, methinks she will be breaking a few hearts when she is older!

I like it and am thinking its practice night as there are no other peeps around. You have some great B&W shots in your portfolio and seem to know when to move from B&W to duotones. Much respect :)

hmmm, have looked at this for a while now trying to decide if I like it or not. I do think its been 'played with' a little too much and almost looks like 2 images - I much prefer the top half and would consider a big crop (though that waould probably not be your intended effect).

Took a quick wander through your portfolio, some stunning images and many deserving of large prints :)

Unusual ediiting on the bird but it works well :) My only thought would be to clone out the white spots on the uppermost left and right rocks. Also, I'm confused as to how/why the uppermost left stone appears to be in focus. Great crop to get the perfect composition :)

I do agree with the dof comments however its not like you won't be revisiting many (many) thousand time more ;)

Now, heres a challenge. Get a background that will last (for ages) then every month for the next 18 years or so take a straight on portrait image then stick em all together in a video to hand to the groom :)

Not the best image for my dark monitor but still looks good before I do the old view from 45 degrees trick to allow the details to jump out of the dark at me ;)

'Noir' is the word that first came to my mind. Big print in a big frame would really make this pop - nice one :)

Thanks for the editing steps, really helpfull :) For me the left 3rd is kind of redundant though understand it might complete the overall scene setting. I'd have preferred a nice close up of the lock. Excellent conversion btw and agree with other commenters its much better than the colour version.

Some big shadows going on here :) Its kind of a bland scene but with your composition, tones and clarity it makes me want to spend more time there.

Love the composition and although I understand the comment about cropping I prefer this with the blurred background as it enhances the speed (was it luck getting the car's main sponsor as the advertising in the bg?)

Would have done well in the panning challenge methinks ;)
