Bricks (Week 7)by booboo_goonComment: Nice work Luana, perhaps if the stone was a little sharper? and think I'd have preferred all of the arch in the shot? Simple yet complex, another fine spot :) |

6 - Reaching Upwardby BudComment: The communication link (Church and wires) is a little deep for me. This shot doesn't really appeal to me but think you've got a great reflection in an otherwise boring bit of road. |

By The Seaby tnunComment: My initial thought was that I'd have preferred all the fg to be water but on reflection (sorry) I fill in the missing part of the reflection myself. Am pretty sure your other reflection shot would score much higher with the dpc voters than this. |

Photographing Reflectionsby tnunComment: Nice capture and think I would prefer this shot over a still water with less jaggy reflections ;) The addition of a person helps this image and he nicely fills the gap in the reflections :) Think this would have done well in the challenge. |

Dinghyby tnunComment: Nice simple composition that lends itself well to a Black and White Conversion :) |

The Glanceby BAMartinComment: Took a peek at some of your colour hoop shots Barbara and whilst all the bright colours really pop I think this conversion really helps the viewer 'see' the image rather than be filled with colours (hope you understand cos I'm not sure I do lol).
Excellent seperation of subject from bg and the composition/lighting is spot on :) Must have been a great day out. |

Week 2: Old Pinolaby jasonlpriceComment: Truly a great find and love the lighting here. My only thought is you appear to have shot from a standing position and feel a lower angle would give the shot a little more oomph? its kinda clinical as is to my eyes. |

Light Studyby doc_gonzoComment: Am not suprised he was intrigued by the light, its wonderfull! As has been said it would be simple to burn the top right to darkness but wonder if that would change the dynamics of the shot too much? am certain this shot lends itself to B&W rather than coulor, great spot :) |
