Love it! the harsh black silhouette of the bridge spanning the forest valley then that massive sky! Are those trees on the right really growing at that angle or is it barrel distortion? Does the sky look better or worse with some D&B'ing? nice one!

As others have mentioned it seems to have lost a little sharpness and without any exif data nor photographer comments its hard to know if this was the effect you were after?

Since its a candid rather than formal shot I think its fine to throw all the 'rules' out of the window. Whatever the distractions that are percieved as technical wrongdoings don't matter here as its all about the bride and her smile, its so natural and makes the picture perfect :)

What impresses me most here is how you have transformed the ordinary into the extraordinary and am sure this looks best in B&W. Excellent composition and exposure (as always).

Week 8: Mysterious Mary

Quite an eery shot! I like the harsh contrast between light and shadow. You can create so many stories from this shot and guess provoking the viewer to think is what this is all about so well done! And hope Mary got paid for this very professional looking shot! her expression make it even better.

This one works best for me on my dark monitor as it has more details. Just whish the moon had some detail in it. Another shot I think would look great printed big on a wall!

Nice capture Steve, the slight motion blur works really well - there is so much going on in this shot but it doesn't scream 'busy' to me. The limo is the icing on the cake and agree with Sandy, this should be a BIG print on someones wall

Lovely relaxed facial expressions by her and often I find unless its a professional model your best shooting friends who are happy with you the photographer and trust you and your camera. I was quite happy with the hand placement then I read the comments and still am (back to the tree hugging). Just a little more contrast in the face would make this better imho - nice one :)

Well, I like it as it is with the Geese leaving the sunny foreground into the bleakness of the background. The footprints really make this shot - nice one :)
