A good candidate for your B&W conversion Lisa. The blur and noise on the left gives this a spooky quality. Maybe if the sweet spot was tighter arounf the window this might have been improved (but only slightly).

I fully agree Karen. That said I went out yesterday to try and take similar shots and imho its easier to create when its a mistake rather than purposefully shoot like this (at least for me it is).

Juli, the pastel colours and oof (well everything) just draw me into the image, I love it.

Even with the title hitting me over the head it took me a moment or two before my brain told me that this is a reflection. Very creative :)

Steve, I loved this image when it opened but it has so much more meaning to it after learning about Weegee, I wonder what he's have made of the LB lol. The blur on the rail leading to the door helps tell the story.

The central aspect work well here and its a great B&W conversion. I'd either like the sweet spot to be on his face or the cross but not a fan of it on the tree (or are my eyes failing me?).

Love the overall feel to this shot Germaine and don't think the girls need to be in the sweet spot, it works fine like this and the motion in the tree is cool.

Another good example of the LB taking a rather bland scene and inserting its unique quality into the shot thus adding the dialogue that would be missing. I agree with Art, the branch on the left adds to this shot.
