Germaine, do you find you can often compose really well without looking through the viewfinder? I think it was my month of pinholes that seems to have improved my compositional skills.

Ah, my pic, Deb was alsmot right, its a road sign and as I tripped the shutter I swung round, the bit on the left is the front of a car.

Back to your shot, I like it, a great candid and I wonder what the rider is looking at?

Great composition but I'm wondering if there should be an element of the bike in focus? maybe not? Am sure playing with the hue/sat etc you get lots of good versions, I love playing but often pick the wrong version - too much choice lol.

Amy, this is wonderfull, still life with motion! The vase was a great choice for this shot and the folds of cloth are only hinted at on my dark monitor - I love it.
