A Boat Out of Waterby scarab440Comment: I don't understand why is the image tilted this way. To show the sea perspective it might have been tilted slightly the othe way I think... Anyone agrees? |

Young Loveby YomiComment: I agree with the advise to open up some shoulders but otherwise - very good! Message edited by HBunch - Critique Club status removed. |

Natalieby kellianComment: I am OK with the background: it looks dim, flat and non distracting and the foreground lighting makes the portrait look 3D! |

The Creatorby dustin03Comment: This could be a creator... The face is irrelevant to the creatures and the heavy musculed shoulder is strong enough to carry the burden of responsibility for his creations.. |

Actorby helgihelgiComment: I thought this would be among leaders...
Anyways, the only thing i am missing here is the light reflection in his left eye instead of which there is a light spot on the glasses frame - makes the sight look displaced a bit. |

Reflection of a Portraitby NazgulComment: I believe the focus is set on to the glass/droplets. And the reflection in fact is to be found somewhere behind the mirror - I do not understand the benefit of softness here.
The lady is not satisfied with herself and this wiping motion adds a lot to the story - very truthful moment! |

Natural Beautyby labudsComment: The number would be great: I'd take her kite-skiing! ;-)
What is interesting in this portrait is that the motion mentioned by others did not affect the eyes. Like all the world is swirling around her. Superb effect and I think it has some subconscious attracion too. Isn't it the next idea for the motion-blur contest? ;-) |
