Absolutely beautiful portrait that looks very spontaneous and natural.

I am OK with the background: it looks dim, flat and non distracting and the foreground lighting makes the portrait look 3D!

Love the hair lighting, expression and framing. Pretty darn nice.

maybe a tiny bit overexposed over the forhead but otherwise a real winner. i love the generous crop to the left. the background is sufficiently muted to not distract from your subject and provides authenticity.

Lovely photo but the DOF spoils it a little for me.

Great photo, composition. Nice glow. The only thing I would change is the greenish shade into something much warmer, like reddish or orange looking tone (I hope this makes sense).

the choice of sepia is great. the light on her hair adds drama. maybe more on the eye level would have captured range of emotion.

very pretty but the post and decking behind her appear to be growing out of her head.

I like the coloring you used here...a nice simple outdoors shot works well...

The background is a little destracting the subject itself (herself) is great. The tone is a little strong but the right color.

I really like this - very crisp and clear - she seems like she's 11 going on 21.

Super lighting and wonderful tones. Her personality seems to come through very effectively. My only small critique would be to get this same exact shot--but with a different background. More of the plants on the left would be great! 9

Great cropping, but the face appears to be a bit washed out.

And a very pretty Natalie she is. Love the tone of the shot and the whispiness of hte hair. My only complaint is the house (or building) in the background is distracting from her. BOL

Beautiful photo. Good focus, lighting, and composition. A little less background detail would have been better though. A 9 from me.

This is a nice shot. I think, though, that the eye line needs to be higher in the frame.
