Going Downby PanoComment: Lovely graphic! Every reason to be wide-wide-angle and then some!
Sweet image...but, by now I expect you already know that. =) |

18mmby OdysseyF22Comment: This looks like the Binghamton University Nature Preserve....What happened to the tree! And why weren't you at the DPC Ithaca Get Together today?
(If this is not the BU preserve and you have no idea what I'm talking about, please forgive me...I'll edit later and give you a proper comment.) |

sumacby undieyatchComment: This is my favorite...if I were choosing this would win.
But, I'm pretty sure it won't...sorry.
I love the colors! The play of green on red and red on green really captures the concept of complementary colors--it challenges the eye--it teases the senses--and yet, it is so true to nature!
The textures are wonderful!
The details in the leaf veins delightful!
The beginning of sumac turning...not so obvious when all the world of sumac is shouting out before the un-turned trees to look at me, look at me!
How delightful and delicate this image!
How sweet its composure!
How fine its lines!
How garish its colors!
Thank you for presenting such a bold and daring portrait of autumn! |

orange and blue visionby beafliesComment: What a sad and tired kittly!
After looking at this awhile, I realize the orange and blue are in the eyes. It would help if that were more evident. Maybe fixing the white balance would help your cause? |

ROPEby CONRADComment: Idea is there. Colors are weak. I think that the rope running into the edge of the frame hurts the composition--if you intended that, then I would suggest adding a wider border to make it an obvious choice. |

Applesby Pooh Bear92Comment: Nice composition. I like how the apples are on a tilted plane and sort of bump together. I think you needed a bit more focus on the red apple--just too soft to carry it away from the background. Double and triple edging on the shadows makes me think you could have controlled the lighting a bit better as well. |

Reflexionesby Ricky CleaveComment: Nice sculpture. Colors seem off. Background is not pleasing. If you had limited depth of field to blur the green? Composition is interesting, but the execution is lacking. |

Red Hot... , no wait, Green Chili Peppersby hitendraComment: Italian flag?
This image could work, but the red is very strange on my monitor, the lighting a bit too harsh (highlights blown and shadows unhelpful). The idea is there, the execution is lacking. |
