Idea is there. Colors are weak. I think that the rope running into the edge of the frame hurts the composition--if you intended that, then I would suggest adding a wider border to make it an obvious choice.

Highlights are a bit blown out.

The rope appears more on the orangish side of red, rather than a complimentary red to the sky blue. A little less saturation on the highlights and a bit of a deeper red and I would have scored it higher. I like the composition.

I think this image suffers from the lack of contrast. I know you have blue and orange in this image but it's missing the extra kick of color. Otherwise it's a unique view of the challenge.

This looks more salmon pink and periwinkle blue to me. I do like the idea - very abstract. Your subject is sharp. There is a little too much reflection though - light is too harsh for my eyes.
