sandy loveby rezash1Comment: Artful! I like the limited DOF--background colors complement nicely. I just don't see "bored" here. |

Accountingby FrostyPawsComment: I don't think this carries the theme of the challenge well. Had you included some sort of human interaction with the textbook your photo might have persuaded me that the study of applied mathmatics could incite boredom.... |

bored out of my mind...... but yummyby gtp1164Comment: It is not immediately clear what is happening in this image. I suppose that that gas pump-like nozzle dispenses liquer or some such. The background objects look like hair styling products, especially with the inclusion of the flowers. So...I guess I'm saying that the clutter detracts from your point. (Besides, the subject is having too much fun to be truely bored, I think.) |

Passing Time During a Long Stopby jemisonComment: Bizarre post-processing! It has a comic book flavor to it. The weakes part of the image seems to me to be the overly-bright spot on the steering wheel--it just draws undue attention. |

Endless Circlesby ParhabComment: Interesting study of motion. It would be nice if the arm were sharp--perhaps if you had suspended it just above the records surface with the turntable rotating it would not have motion-blur as well. |

Not Needed in This Day and Timeby redneckhickComment: Obsolescence does not necessarily equal boredom, I'm afraid. I don't understand your choice of composition--why so much empty black space? And what are those dusty scratch-like things in the lower right corner above the mysterious red light? |

bOReDoMby photomikeComment: The posture works. I just can't get past having everything out of focus. It almost works as an abstraction...but just almost. (IMO) |

nothing to doby coolbrother84Comment: The idea is there, but the overexposure really detracts. Composition needed to shift left to avoid pulling the eye to the blank corner and to include the hand which is annoyingly cut off. |

banana slugby pellieComment: Lovely yellow! It would be nice to see one or both ends of the slug. The cropping just carries the eye out of the picture. |
