Composition, with drummer's head right at an intersection of thirds, draws me away from the guitar player who seems to be the subject. Pbviously though, I don't know what positioning issues you had to deal with.

Hi Justin,

My only comments would be that I think the light at the top is distracting and really doesn't add anything to the composition, so I'd crop it much tighter on horn player. Otherwise, good shot.

I like this but the lighting is very hard. I think I'd have tried to soften the shadows a bit with some fill flash or a reflector of some sort. Also, her positioning seems funny, think it might have looked better if her back had been against the wall (hey, another cliche) and she was pushing on the rock. Just a few thoughts, hope they help.
