I think the railing and half of a statue above the horse distract from the main subject. I'd crop it just below the railing base.

Well it's not a leaf with water on it, or a frog, or grass ... but it's also not terribly interesting.

I'd have brought the spread and fertilizer bag farther into the foreground to fill up some of the empty "green grass" space. Think that would have helped the composition a bit.
