Our Right to 'Bear' Armsby YoungerComment: Nice job but DOF is a bit too tight to me. I'd like to see a bit more of the detail in sharp focus. I realize you were putting the emphasis on the bear for the title, but I think people would have still gotten it without such tight DOF. |

Up on the Cissbury Ring...by Apollo2077Comment: This really doesn't qualify as low-key. It's a bit dim but not "mostly dark." There are certainly many more mid- and light-tones than dark-tones. Composition is a little boring as well. |

Gritty intensityby paulb_17Comment: Not too bad a portrait but not that low-key, very heavy on mid-tones. Also, DOF seem TOO small for me, with one eye sharply in focus but the other a bit off. |
