Augsburgby bjoernComment: I wish you had gotten down lower for this shot, the subject is a refreshing shift from the big highrise tower at dusk, but the actual horizon line is vague here. There is plenty of interesting stuff to look at, but the skyline itself is played down. |

Reflectionsby scooter88Comment: Alovely balanced quiet study, it would look great blown up BIG. I do hope the zealots that must have all the horizontal lines absolutely horizontal no matter how they were found in nature, don't hit you too hard. |

Sportsman’s Serenity  by DeniseComment: Lovely soft pastels that would have done great in the pastel challenge. The way the dark trees on the left balances out the long flow of the far shore is perfect. The decision to put the main line on the upper third works really well. 8 |

American Gothic - Revisitedby tangueraComment: My favorite of the challenge. I wish the frame was squared up and the pitchfork was all in the frame, but the critters, the colors,the expression of the model, the lighting, is all spot on. |

Determinedby LadComment: The highlights are a bit too hot on the skin, it seems you could have darkened them a touch even if it meant loosing some blacks, since so much of the story is lost in those blasting whites. |
