You really made that corner work for you, it puts this among the best. I do find that shirt oversaturated, if you had lowered the blues to match the intensity of the red in the painting this would have been a notch higher.

Probably my favorite of the challenge, the constrained tones work off each other very well and the gap between similar shapes sets up the recusion perfectly.

There is a dark magic at work here that I really like. I am not sure if the tie in to the "eleven" challenge was intentional but I like it The the strips, the XI and the II, very nice. The cats seem to spoil it a bit just because the eyes are so cartoony that they take away some of the menace of the smooth eyes of the sculpture.

The jagged spikes of the posts as they run out of the frame steal some of the magic of the illusion. A bit of clone to tie the frames together would have made this a much more complex puzzle.

I do wish you had burned in some sort of shadows around the fingers to match the shadow of the hat bill on his face, to convince me that the cover of the magazine was actually resting in his hand. It is the only knock on what is otherwise a cleave and well executed entry.
