Sorry...this child appears to be reaching for the bars, which in my mind is embracing childhood, rather than "letting go of childhood" as titled. Therefore I did not score it as high as I might have otherwise. Perhaps if you depicted a child turning his or her back on the swings or bars and walking away, the title would have been fitting.

Nice idea but not convincing to me...perhaps if the little girl didn't have her eyes closed and appeared to be watching the butterfly flying away, that would have helped. Nice effort.

The brightness of the sky in this one bothers my eyes...I think if that was toned down a little it might be a better photograph. Other than that it is a nice shot.

If I am interpreting this subject correctly (which, with the sign of somebody falling off the cliff, and this looking like a barrier warning you not to get close to the edge) your title would seem to indicate suicide. I don't like morbid interpretations, so I am giving you a lower score than I would based on the merits of the photo alone.
