Lighting here is great, and the use of the mirror is perfect. The skin looks a little over processed (too perfect) but perhaps you are just lucky, and in that case, I apologize.

I like the pose and the expression. Her skin seems just a tad light, and I hesitate to suggest this for a teenager, but a touch more makeup might help bring in the skin tones. The hair is perfect.

This didn't get the best score from me, because I thought the background was distracting. The other minor suggestion I had was just a touch less light on the sleeve and a little more light on the face. Beyond those things, I thought this was excellent. This is one of the entries that made the model seem fun loving and happy. Pose is perfect. Good luck. -7

The hair seems a bit over processed, and the light on the forhead might be a little strong.

Seems a little overexposed, but it is a great pose and really tells a story.

A bit dark and centered, but that probably fits well with the tears. The light blue on the background distracts a little rather than helps.

Soft focus isn't my personal favorite for portraits, but this is a good shot anyway. It might help the effect a little if the background had little more blur relative to the subject.

Most helpful suggestion I can think of for this is that the pose is very traditional and that it is hard to generate a "wow" factor with a standard pose. This is a well done portrait that is up against some great ones. Best of luck.

Your model seems confident and relaxed. The black background is great, but, I am not sure that I like the second color (blue) in front, I would have preferred all black. The lighting is perfect. My guess: he'd like an 8x10. Nicely done -8

Very well executed, great lighting. Crop is a little tight for my taste. -8
