	Purple Pleasures by hgpayne Comment: I think more light on the purple grape would have made it more... well... purple. As it is the 'purple' in your image looks almost black.

	and one day red and blue made a compromise... by Phileine Comment: Where's the purple? I know; The middle row. But I had to look for them... Since the challenge was 'the color purple' I would have tried to isolate your subject just a wee bit more. Just a thought :-)

	Digitalis purpurea (Scrophulariaceae) by Falc Comment: I like the surreal quality of this image and the contrast of the purple flower against the dreamy green background. The weeds (?) in the front are distracting though... Could you have pushed them out of the way?

	Domino by rubyrednails Comment: Interesting concept... I think lighting plays a really important role in still life images like this. The domino looks a little grey. You might try stronger lighting in front - otherwise just play around a bit.

	Pizza under the Purple Awning by hallswel Comment: Without benefit of the title I had a hard time determining the subject of this photo. Maybe a tighter focus on your subject would have helped?

	Sweeter than the Roses by qnjt Comment: Monitors could be at fault but I think the flowers look more blue than purple. Also, I think some additional lighting on the front flower would help as well as some overall sharpening.
