Longing For The West Coast by muur88Comment: Very Nice... You did a nice job of shooting at the sun and keeping out or getting rid of all the flare.... I like the colors and the dark reflections in the ripples. Very nice composure too. |

Trail 90by C_Steve_GComment: Hey I have one exactly like that! It's a classic. The excellent design & engineering by HONDA on this machine & its predecessors helped to make inroads into the American motorcycle market. The unusual perspective you used and your approach to capturing the essence of the design by placing the Trail 90 in its 'element' add a lot to the picture IMHO. The exclusion of the handlebar also added value to the picture as it likely would have broken the flow of the lines in your composure. The colors are correct & it looks as though you had some additional lighting as there are no obvious flash hot spots in a picture that was taken under a canopy of trees.

Design for Godby oskarComment: The sign does nothing to help this picture. The church is an impressive bit of architecture. The crop at the back of the church distracts. Standing in front of the sign and recomposing the picture towards the right may have helped. Since I do not know what was to the right /back of the church I could be completely wrong on that. |

Gaudi & the Moonby AlexysComment: Design & engineering that produced an impressive piece of art. If you had used a post processing program on your photo you likely would have scored higher with this entry. The color of the sky seems un-natural to me. Perthaps removing the moon from the picture would probably have helped your score as well. Where is this & what is it? |
