I was away and didn't enter or vote this challenge. This would very likely have been in my top 5 favorites. I like everything about it.

Did you move there just to take excellent pictures? The "UA" I've mentioned far too many times now! I guess I'll have to move down there to get a ribbon!

John, I was looking at the technical details & noticed that the subject distance is listed at "665M" which would be 2148.95 feet, using a 60mm focal length. That can’t be right; I must not be interpreting this correctly? I wondered if the spot in the waterfall you mention was just to the lower left of ‘Gaia’? Having learned about the 'Rule of 3rd's' (in an excellent tutorial on this site), I envisioned that it may have placed her too close to the center/top of the composure had you included just enough of the waterfall to see it culminate in the pool. I also wondered if that would have led my focus away from her. I’ll take a look at your site to see if it is there. I hope to learn more about composure/cropping and to see how you worked your magic on it? This was one of my 2 favorites in this challenge. Having just taken another look at your site I see it and the other picture(s) of the Waterfall. Is there something on the left that is ‘unsightly’? In any event I look forward to your photos, comments and knowledge shared! Tim
